"Your heart is slightly larger than the average human heart, but this is due to your profession as a teacher."
The first thing you should know about teaching is that it is all about inspiring and motivating students to reach and exceed their full potential. The great thing about teaching is that there is so much variety. Every school year, you get to teach a new group of students with unique personalities, experiences, and ideas. You can incorporate new topics, improve your teaching style, and create new lessons as their teacher to spruce up and liven up the classroom.
My success as a teacher is determined by the accomplishments of my students. And by that standard, I am a very successful teacher.
I accomplish this by fostering an environment in which students can thrive. This frequently entails posing challenges to you. Based on my years of teaching experience, I expect my students to do a lot of work and provide a lot of feedback.
I do have abilities that I am willing to share. I am skilled at developing structures to assist you, whether it is a series of exercises leading to a goal to assist you in developing a plot or finding a solution to any problem.
Based on my work with students, I have videos and games to share that engage students in solving math problems. It is obvious that what works for me may not work for you, and that it is your responsibility to figure out what you need to say and how you need to write it.
I strongly advise you to seek out your own role models. I also encourage you to bring in examples of your favorite work. I show you how to analyze the problem and apply what you've learned to your own problem-solving.
Teaching is always an educational experience. Master teachers only want the best for their students. That is my hope for my students. I want you to enjoy the process , to learn new skills, and to achieve success in whatever way you define it.
